{"created":"2023-06-20T12:59:41.143000+00:00","id":1597,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"49a70949-394b-49dc-a4b2-e136f0011156"},"_deposit":{"created_by":17,"id":"1597","owners":[17],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1597"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nufs-nuas.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001597","sets":["1:9:97:184"]},"author_link":["826","937","939","936","819","935","587","827","823","938"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2019-12-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"5","bibliographicPageEnd":"29","bibliographicPageStart":"23","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"名古屋栄養科学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Nagoya Journal of Nutritional Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】乳癌は女性にとって主要な癌の一つである。これまでに、乳癌と乳製品摂取との関連がメタアナリシスによって検討されているが、一貫した結論が得られていない。その理由として、食事調査の手法や乳製品摂取量の評価が論文間で異なること、調査地域が限られていることが挙げられる。そのため、乳製品と乳癌の関連をさらに明らかにしていくためには、地球規模で同一手法を用いた乳製品摂取量の調査による研究が必要と考えられる。そこで本研究では、現在公表されている国際データを用い、乳癌と乳製品の関連を地球規模による国際比較研究で縦断的に明らかにすることを目的とした。\n【方法】乳癌発症率および乳癌死亡率は、Global Burden of Disease( GBD) 2017データベースから各国の10万人当たりの年齢標準化された値を入手した。生産から家計までのすべての段階における減耗を除く、各国の食品供給量と総エネルギー供給量は国連食糧農業機関データベース(FAOSTAT)から入手し、乳製品の供給量を求めた。調整変数として、人口、国民一人当たりの国内総生産(GDP)、高齢化率(以上世界銀行データベース)、平均BMI、喫煙率、教育年数、身体活動量(以上GBD データベース)を入手した。全てのデータが得られた100万人以上の人口を持つ139カ国を対象とし、共変量を調整した線形混合モデルを用いて、乳製品供給量と乳癌発症率および乳癌死亡率との1990年から2013年までの23年間の縦断的関連について解析を行った。解析にはR 3.6.1を用いた。\n【結果】すべての共変量を調整したモデルにおいて、乳製品供給量と乳癌発症率の間に有意な正の関連があった(β= 7.393、標準誤差1.553、p<0.001)。同様に、すべての共変量を調整したモデルにおいて、乳製品供給量と乳癌死亡率の間にも有意な正の関連があった(β= 2.123、標準誤差0.613、p<0.001)。\n【結論】乳製品供給量と乳癌発症率および乳癌死亡率が正の関連を示すことを、比較的近年のデータを用いて縦断的に明らかにした。このことから、乳製品を多く摂取する食生活は、地球規模において乳癌発症率や乳癌死亡率を上昇させる可能性が示された。今後さらに、乳製品を低脂肪と高脂肪に分けて解析を行うことが必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Background and objective: Breast cancer is one of the major cancers for women. The relationship between breast cancer and dairy products has been studied, however, the results differ among the previous studies. The reasons seem to be that dietary survey methods of previous studies are inconsistent, and the survey countries are limited. The aim of this study is to clarify the longitudinal association of dairy products with breast cancer incidence and mortality using 23-year worldwide statistics.\nMethods: Age-standardized breast cancer incidence rates and mortality rates per 100,000 people by country were obtained values from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2017 database. Average food supply (g/day/capita) and energy supply (kcal/day/capita) by country, excluding loss between production and household,were obtained from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Statistics Division database (FAOSTAT). Each food was sorted, and supply of dairy products was obtained. As control variables, population, GDP per capita (GDP), aging rate (from World Bank database), average BMI, smoking rate, and expected years of education (from GBD database) were obtained. The 23-years longitudinal associations of dairy products supply with breast cancer were examined in the 139 countries with populations of 1 million or greater controlling for covariates by the mixed effect model.\nResults: The model controlled for all covariates was a significant positive association between dairy products supply and breast cancer incidence (β = 7.393±1.553, p <0.001). Similarly, the model controlled for all covariates was also a significant positive association between dairy products supply and breast cancer mortality (β = 2.123±0.613, p <0.001).\nConclusions: Dairy products supply was significantly positively associated the breast cancer incidence and mortality. These results suggest that breast cancer incidence and mortality may increase with increasing dairy consumption
