{"created":"2023-06-20T12:59:15.275018+00:00","id":977,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"d5bfa0bc-16aa-44c3-b605-036d798550e1"},"_deposit":{"created_by":17,"id":"977","owners":[17],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"977"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:nufs-nuas.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000977","sets":["122:126:125:99:112"]},"author_link":["312","558","314","668","493","545"],"control_number":"977","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2008-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"124","bibliographicPageStart":"115","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"名古屋学芸大学健康・栄養研究所年報","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Annual Report of Institute of Health and Nutrition, Nagoya University of Arts and Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"管理栄養学部の学生の健康状態、栄養摂取状況の実態を把握し、学生の保健管理上の問題点を明らかにするために、管理栄養学部1年生の身体測定、血液検査、栄養調査を実施した。管理栄養学部学生1年生173名のうち同意が得られた166名(男24名、女142名)を対象とした。平均身長・体重・BMIは男172.8cm・62.1kg・20.8、女158.8cm・50.7kg・20.1であった。BMIが18.5未満の低体重者は男3名(13%)・女27名(19%)、BMIが25以上の肥満者は男1名(1%)・女3名(2%)であった。腹囲が80cm以上は9名(男3名、女6名)であった。超音波法による骨密度は80%未満が1名(女1名)、80%以上90%未満が36名(男5名、女31名)であった。肥満者は低体重者・普通体重者より収縮期血圧が有意に高値であった。血液検査の異常者はトリグリセリド(TG)の異常低値39名・高値9名、総コレステロールの低値26名・高値16名であった。肥満者は低体重者・普通体重者に比し、TG値は有意に高値、HDL-Cは有意に低値であった。血糖の低値9名・高値4名であったが、HbA1c高値は0 名であった。血清鉄の低値は19名であったが、ヘモグロビン10mg/dl以下は1名のみであった。食物摂取頻度調査では平均摂取エネルギー量は男2,177kcal、女1,736kcalであった。PFC比の平均は蛋白質13.2%、脂質25.6%、糖質61.1%であった。朝食の欠食率は、朝食をほとんど食べていない(週4日以上)が4%、時々食べていない(週1~3日)が28%であった。以上より、本学管理栄養学部の学生の健康状態は良好であり、欠食率が低く、栄養摂取バランスにも大きな問題はみられなかった。しかし、野菜の摂取量不足が目立ち、今後、食事内容に関する意識や食環境の改善が望まれる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Current study was undertaken to assess anthropometric measure, blood chemistry and characteristics of food intake in students in school of nutritional sciences of our university. One hundred and sixty-six subjects (24 men and 142 women) were enrolled in the present study. Dietary assessment was performed by food frequency questionnaire (FFQ). The frequency of obese students (BMI≧25) is 2.4%. In obese students, blood pressure and triglyceride were significantly higher, and HDL-cholesterol and adiponectin were lower than in students with normal BMI. Total energy intake was enough, but lower intake of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibers were ingested in students of our university, compared with average intake in Japanese students.
