| 内容記述 | 食品と医薬品と相互作用によって発生する有害事象を患者にどの程度指導しているかを、100床以上の総合病院（125施設）を対象にアンケート調査した（回収率58％）。殆どの施設では相互作用を指導しており、薬剤師が主としてその業務にあたっていた。相互作用に関する情報入手源は、医薬品の添付文章が最も多く、一部インターネットによるものもあった。指導が多い食品と医薬品の組み合わせは、グレープフルーツジュースと降圧剤のカルシウム拮抗薬、納豆と抗凝固薬のワーファリン、アルコールと糖尿病治療薬、牛乳と抗菌薬のテトラサイクリンなどであった。相互作用を引き起こす食品と医薬品の種類はわずかであったが、今後、サプリメント（セントジョーンズワート、イチョウ葉エキスなど）と医薬品との組み合わせが問題になると思われ、管理栄養士養成施設としてはサプリメントに関して教育する必要性を感じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A mail survey was conducted to determine drug-food interactions counseling programs provided to hospitalized patients. A questionnaire was mailed to the pharmacy director of general type hospitals with 100 or more bed capacity in Aichi Pref. The return from 125 surveys was 58%. Almost all of responding hospitals provided patient counseling on drug-food interactions by pharmacist. Contribution of dietitians for such counseling was less than 13%. The calcium channel blocker & grapefruit juice, anticoagulant & natto, hypoglycemics & alcohol were cited frequently as the group of drug-food interaction for which counseling was needed. Taking into account the increase in intake the supplementary foods, such as vitamins, minerals and herbal extract from St John’s wort and Ginkgo biloba, side effects produced by the interaction drug and these food may be serious problem. Therefore, additional training and integration of knowledge about drugfood interactions for not only pharmacist but also dietitian are essential to provide appropriate counseling and optimal therapeutic outcomes. | |||||
